This flexible filling plant is designed and manufactured for the dosing of granulates from a hopper (dryer) to different casing forms and casing sizes. The loading of the storage hopper / dryer is carried out by a pneumatic suction conveying system.

Before the filling process starts granulates (for example sand, glass beads) will be dried to a flexible adjustable drying degree (isolation resistance).

The filling unit is able to change easily/quickly and adapt different tool constructions for several casings (sizes, forms).

The fill quantity / filling degree in the different casings will be checked by a weighing system.
